Overview: Keystream is supporting a leading national tourism and destination marketing organisation in the search for a Digital Executive to join their Global Marketing and Digital team on a 6-month fixed-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Digital Asset Management (DAM), content management systems, digital content administration, or digital libraries to play a key role in supporting digital platforms used by internal teams and external stakeholders across the UK and internationally.

The Opportunity: As Digital Executive, you'll support the day-to-day management of the organisation's Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform and wider digital ecosystem. You'll help ensure digital content is organised, searchable, compliant and easily accessible, while providing support and guidance to users across the business. Working closely with the Digital Asset Manager and wider digital product teams, you'll contribute to digital improvement initiatives and become a key point of contact for system users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for DAM and digital platform enquiries
  • Manage and respond to user requests
