Keystream is supporting a regulator in the recruitment of a Senior Application Support Specialist to join their Technology and Digital team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Unit4 ERP (Agresso) professional to play a key role in supporting and improving the organisations core ERP platform as part of a wider business transformation programme.
The Role
As the Unit4 subject matter expert, you will be responsible for the support, administration, configuration and continuous improvement of the organisation's ERP environment.
You'll work closely with Finance, Technology teams, business stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure the platform remains stable, secure and aligned to business requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing 2nd and 3rd line support for Unit4 ERP (Agresso)
- Managing administration, monitoring and application configuration
- Maintaining security roles, permissions and access controls
- Supporting patches, upgrades and new functionality releases
- Investigating and resolving application, configuration and data-related issues
- Supporting testing, change management and service transition activities
- Working with stakeholders to identify and deliver system improvements
- Producing and maintaining application documentation and support materials
About You
We're looking for someone xgikmsk with strong hands-on experience supporting and administering Unit4 ERP (Agresso).
You will ideally have experience in:
- Unit4 ERP / Agresso administration and support
- User access management, permissions and security roles
- ERP or finance systems support
- SQL queries, reporting and data investigation
- System configuration, testing and release management
- Stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences
- Working within complex enterprise environments
