Overview
We're seeking an experienced AI Agent Enablement Lead to help drive the adoption and scaling of AI-powered agents, copilots and workflow automation solutions across a large and complex organisation. This role sits at the intersection of business transformation and emerging technology, combining strategic leadership with hands-on delivery. You'll work with a wide range of stakeholders to identify high-value use cases, support the development of AI-enabled solutions and establish best practice for the safe and effective deployment of AI agents. This is not a traditional software engineering position. We're looking for someone with practical experience building and implementing AI solutions who can bridge the gap between business and technology teams.
