Keystream are looking for an experienced Senior Server Systems Engineer who is required to provide 3rd line support and maintain critical infrastructure within a complex NHS environment. The role involves managing and supporting server platforms across Azure, VMware, and Hyper-V, alongside SAN technologies and enterprise backup solutions (Commvault and Backup Exec).
You will lead on server deployments, ensuring adherence to best practices, and support core services including Active Directory/Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, and the Microsoft 365 stack (Exchange Online, Teams). Operating within an ITIL framework, you will play a key role in maintaining service stability and driving continuous improvement.
The role includes participation in an on-call rota outside of regular working hours.
