Keystream is working with a growing organisation in the healthcare and diagnostics space that is building out a brand-new digital product team focused on delivering a consumer-facing web application. This is not an internal systems or enterprise IT role. The organisation is investing heavily in a modern, product-led digital platform focused on user experience, scalability, and long-term product growth.
The Role:
- This is a genuine leadership role with direct line management responsibility, rather than a hands-off technical lead position.
- You will be responsible for leading the delivery of a greenfield, customer-facing web product within a modern Microsoft cloud environment, working closely with engineering, UX/UI, and wider stakeholders across the business.
The successful candidate will have experience delivering high-quality B2C or customer-facing digital products and will understand how to balance technical delivery with usability, scalability, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading delivery teams end-to-end across engineering and digital product delivery.
- Direct line management and mentoring of engineers within the team.
- Driving delivery standards, collaboration, and technical direction.
- Working closely with UX/UI and product stakeholders to deliver a high-quality consumer experience.
- Managing technical dependencies and coordinating with other engineering teams.
- Supporting the delivery of a greenfield product from build through to production and ongoing evolution.
- Operating within a modern Microsoft cloud estate including Azure, Entra, AKS, and Azure DevOps.
Requirements
- Experience leading digital product or engineering teams in a customer-facing environment.
- Proven experience shipping greenfield digital products into production.
- Strong background working within modern Microsoft cloud environments.
- Experience with Azure, Entra, AKS, and Azure DevOps.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing engineers directly, including coaching and performance management.
- Background delivering B2C, consumer-grade, or product-led applications.
- Experience working within regulated environments such as healthcare, finance, or pharma would be highly beneficial.
Desirable Experience
