Keystream is working with a healthcare organisation to appoint an interim Project Manager – Community Service, working within a complex community services transformation programme for an initial 6 month period.
Experience required:
– NHS experience
– Business transformation and community services operational experience ideally (this is not a digital/IT role)
– Strong skills and experience project Management
– Experience of SmartSheet project management tool (desirable)
You will work as part of the programme team, reporting the Transformation Programme Manager, alongside 2 programme support officers and 2 business analysts. You will be responsible for working with key stakeholders across 2 workstream:
- integrated Neighbourhood teams.
- Single point of access care coordination and digital front door.
