I am reaching out to find an exceptional NHS Acute HRD/CPO. Are you an experienced NHS Director level HR professional who would be available immediately for an initial 6 month FTC HRD post to support this busy Acute trust based in the East of England?
Here you will support the Executive Board during a complex period and whilst they recruit to fill this post permanently. You will need to be outgoing, highly professional with an engaging management style. You will enjoy being a key member of a high performance SLT.
Working closely with the MD and senior staff across operations, clinical and finance divisions, you will provide both stability and focus from a HR perspective. NHS Acute experience at a B9/VSM level is essential.
Excellent annualised salary of circa £120 - £140k (negotiable), as well as appropriate travel expenses will be part of the package.
Shortlisting no later than Wednesday May 13th. Interviews planned for Friday May 15th. 6 months FTC inside IR35. Potential for extension or the permanent post.
