My Local Authority Client's Digital Team requires a Digital Support Officer for 6 months to provide first-line support to the govService Digital Developer team, helping ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and continual improvement of digital services. The role involves triaging and resolving support requests, investigating integration issues, assisting with configuration tasks, and maintaining accurate documentation. Working closely with the Digital Developers, the Digital Support Officer contributes to efficient workflow management, helping identify recurring issues, and supports the overall quality and reliability of the councils digital service platform.
