Experienced NEC Housing System Developer required for an immediate start!

Working pattern: Hybrid
Overview:
This role requires a expert level knowledge of NEC Housing / Northgate Housing (Ideally), NEC Document Management system (DMS), MRI / Jigsaw along with strong skills in SQL.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Development, system administration, changes and implementation of NEC Housing, MRI and other related housing systems.
  • Take a lead on the development or new workflows, processes and procedures as well as new modules ensuring all processes are documented.
  • In particular, take a lead on the annual recurring workstreams including; Service Charge Estimates, Service charge actuals and Rents year end.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant area.
  • Strong technical hands on experience of NEC Housing and MRI/ Jigsaw.
  • Ability to conduct database structure query language (SQL).
  • API development and documentation experience.
