ITSM Engineer

Experienced ITSM Engineer required for an immediate start!

– 3-6 months initially
– Hybrid Working (Weekly visits to London)
– Circa £400 inside IR35
– Immediate start available.

Overview:

A London Borough Client are seeking an ITSM Engineer on an interim basis as they are implementing a new ITSM tool, Halo.

The ideal candidate will match the below criteria:

• Experinece in Full-cycle deployment as well as configuration, and integration ofanITSM tool;Halo Service Managementpreferable
• Strong ITIL processes knowledge, including; Incident, Request, Change, Problem, Configuration, Service Catalogue, CMDB
• Background in data migration, workflow design, form building, automation/scripting, and creating dashboards & reports
• Strong stakeholder engagement
• Comfortable producing documentation and delivering admin/user training.
• Proffciency with ITSM tools around configuration and workflow design and form build/creation dashboards etc
