Experienced IDOX Technical Consultant Required for a Local Government client:
Role: IDOX Technical Architect
Starting: March latest
Duration: 3 months
The council would like the consultant to be available on an ad hoc basis when required, rather than a static 1/2 days per week.
Overview:
- Migrating various modules from Acolaid to IDOX cloud.
- Modules include: Planning, Building Control, Land Charges and Public Protection, plus the Council's Gazetteer module which will move to IDOX's LLPG module called iManage.
Consultant needs capacity to complete the following key areas requiring support:
- Setting up the replicated reporting environment for public protection that will link to Power BI.
- Carrying out audit checks on the iterative data load tests for all modules.
- Advising on and implementing API integrations.
- Working with the Council and the vendor to confirm the go-live data migration plan and minimise downtime during the phased go-lives.
- (Optional) Data cleansing activities related to multi UPRN.
Current project plan shows the Council going live with the I-manage module in March.
