Overview: We are looking for a Programme Data & Analytics Analyst to join the delivery team. This role sits at the core of a programme's data and reporting function, responsible for turning complex operational and scheduling data into clear, reliable insights that support day-to-day decision-making.

- Power BI (dashboard development & maintenance)
- Excel (advanced analysis, modelling, QA)
- Power Query (data transformation)
- Primavera P6 (programme scheduling data)
- Multiple source systems (structured operational data)
- Agile, delivery-focused programme environment
What you'll be doing:
- Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards used by programme teams and stakeholders
- Extracting, cleaning, and transforming data from multiple sources
- Managing repeatable data workflows and reporting cycles
- Supporting operational teams with data-driven insights
- Applying analytical techniques to support programme performance tracking
- Documenting processes to ensure sustainability and scalability
- Contributing to a wider programme focused on accelerating delivery timelines
Essential Criteria:
- Strong experience with Power BI dashboard development
- Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation and QA of metrics
- Experience extracting and transforming data from source systems
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Experience working in delivery-focused or programme environments
- Eligible for UK security clearance (SC)
Desirable Experience:
- Experience with Primavera P6 or project scheduling environments
- Background in defence, infrastructure, or capital delivery programmes
- Familiarity with Power Query or similar ETL tools
- Experience embedding reporting within operational teams
- Exposure to programme controls or PMO environments
