This is an exciting post where you will be a key member of the team supporting and enhancing the organisation's ability to deliver high-quality and safe care for children and young adults. Key areas of responsibility include overseeing all aspects of clinical governance frameworks, ensuring clinical audits are completed, and that high standards of care are consistently delivered.
Your aim will be to support the Head of Safety, Clinical Governance Risk and Quality with day-to-day challenges related to quality and risk. You will work in a highly collaborative and positive manner that matches the organisation's culture of open and honest communication, where the patient is always the highest priority.
You will need to be a RGN with a current PIN or have active NMC registration as your clinical credibility. An Enhanced Adults/Children DBS is also required for this post, so you will ideally have this already and be on the continuation service.
Excellent permanent opportunity with a salary dependent on experience but set between £59,490 - £66,239 per annum, based on a 37.5-hour working week on site. London based.
