NHS interim Chief People Officer requirement - VSM 3 month initial contract. Excellent daily rate of up to £750 per day dependant on experience. Inside IR35 and onsite presence is required (some flexible working possible).

This is a busy NHS Acute Trust where you will provide cover due to unforeseen circumstances and until the newly appointed permanent candidate is able to start. Urgent requirement - NHS CPO / HRD B9/VSM with a proven track record of delivery in an Acute setting.

Here you will be a strong visible leader and part of the SLT providing continuity and support during a period of change, restructuring and development. The role will provide strong visible support to staff at every level, steering and guiding the trust in a challenging transitional period - you will be confident and accessible to all, able to delegate and lead with equal confidence.

The rate is dependent on experience but in line with a B9/VSM level appointment and I am happy to discuss this with you directly.
