In this role you will work with stakeholders to define the job description and interview plan for open roles assigned and quickly spin up a relevant funnel of excellent candidates. You will work closely with the senior recruiters on the TA team to develop sourcing strategies with an excellent eye to candidate experience and overall efficiency. This is a London-based contract position with the possibility to convert to full-time.
About the Sourcer Role
As a Sourcer you will provide leverage to the senior members of Keystone’s Talent Acquisition team by owning several key openings across our client-facing and corporate functions needs. You will be responsible for evaluating all inbound applicants, sourcing passive candidates, and tapping into the personal networks of our existing staff to help develop a rich pool of talent. You will own the outreach and initial screening of candidates as well as scheduling their initial interviews for fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a sourcing strategy for each role assigned
- Send weekly reports of progress
- Own candidates through the technical screen stage to the scheduling of the final loop
- Work in collaboration with the senior recruiters on the team to deliver exceptional candidate management and ATS hygiene
What You’ll Bring
- At least 5-7 years of experience as a sourcing recruiter working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the professional services industry
- An expert storyteller with an ability to engage the highest quality candidates on the market
- Strong ability to iterate your approach based on new feedback and evidence
- A high level of acumen with a strategic and pragmatic approach to assessing talent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional judgment and attention to detail
- Experienced with pulling and analyzing recruiting data to spot trends
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Prior agency experience supporting senior recruiters is a plus
- Familiarity with Greenhouse is a plus
