Are you a recruiter who is sick of the KPI BS? Or are you a candidate or hiring manager who has worked with a recruiter who really stood out above the rest? I’d love to hear from you! As we approach our 1 year birthday, Keystone Recruitment Partners are growing and we have significant pipelines of work in the UK and EU as well as a couple of pretty exciting growth market opportunities coming in the next 6-12 months. Initially we are looking for 2 UK-based recruiters (270 or 360) who are passionate about doing things our way: Recruiting Excellence.

Responsibilities

  • We want driven, personable and conscientious characters who genuinely want to add value to clients and candidates and who understand how businesses grow and careers flourish.
  • This is a warm desk, however candidates with at least some sales/BD expertise will be preferred.
  • Prior experience in high quality agency recruitment of perm or contract with account management and BD expertise would be beneficial though entry level and career changer applications are welcomed.
  • Knowledge, experience and skills in recruiting human beings across technology, professional services, finance, operations and trades in contract and/or permanent environment.
  • Proven abilities to build relationships, understand and offer truly consultative expertise to SMEs or start ups even more so.
  • The role is fully remote but candidates must be able to attend regular meetings in Edinburgh HQ (minimum 6 days per month).
  • International travel will also be required on an occasional basis and most importantly: no targets, no KPIs, no cold calling.
