Key highlights of the role include:
- Leading a global migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 for 100–165 users
- Driving rollout of a managed BYOD environment using Island Enterprise Browser, Intune, Entra ID, Defender, and Purview
- Managing a small international IT team including Microsoft 365 administration, application development, and an offshore helpdesk function
- Owning operational IT, service delivery, security, vendor management, and IT roadmap execution
- Supporting Cyber Essentials delivery with longer-term ISO 27001 and SOC 2 initiatives
- Working closely with executive leadership, PMO, Change, and Data teams in a highly visible role
