We are recruiting on behalf of a privately-owned contractor based in the Thames Valley area that specializes in the delivery of high-end residential builds across the area. They are currently seeking an experienced Site Foreman to run a £800k high-end refurbishment of a private property near Swindon, overseeing the site from a management point of view but also be willing to jump on the tools when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience of running high-end residential refurbishment sites
- Helping out on the tools when needed (multi-skilled work or carpentry - plumbing and electrical will be done by specialist contractors)
