Our client, a well-established manufacturing business, is currently looking to recruit an experienced CNC Turner to join their growing production team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive working environment with opportunities available on both day and night shifts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes, producing high-quality components, and ensuring production targets and quality standards are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities:- Programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes
- Producing components to required quality standards
- Reading and following technical drawings and job instructions
- Checking completed work using measuring equipment
- Identifying and resolving basic machining or production issues
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Working to production schedules and deadlines
- Supporting continuous improvement within the workshop
