Junior Quantity Surveyor

Job Title: Junior Quantity Surveyor Location: Southampton/Portsmouth Area Salary: £25k – £35k + package (maybe more depending on experience) Sector: Retirement Builds We are recruiting on behalf of a privately-owned contractor based in Hampshire that specializes in delivery of high quality retirement builds across the South. Due to a new site starting they are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to report into a Senior and help manage a new build £15m care home. The site is based in Portsmouth and the office in Southampton, the desired candidate will need to able to commute to both regularly so anyone around the Southampton/Portsmouth area or a commutable distance would be ideal. Requirements: * Quantity Surveying biased qualification or currently studying for a degree * At least 2 years experience working as a Commercial Assistant/Trainee Surveyor for a main contractor.
