We are recruiting on behalf of a privately-owned contractor based in Surrey that specializes in the delivery of high-end residential builds for private clients. Due to a new site starting, they are currently recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to be project-based overseeing a 10 x unit build in Ashtead. There will be support from a Senior in the office, and the successful candidate would be expected to be based from the office near Guildford 1 day a week. This is a great opportunity to join a high-end, family-orientated company at a time when they are growing, and good progression opportunities are available for those who want them.
Requirements:
- Quantity Surveying biased degree or HNC
- At least 3 years experience working as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor.
