We are recruiting on behalf of a privately-owned contractor based in Hampshire that specializes in the delivery of high end residential builds across the South. They are currently seeking an experienced Carpentry Foreman to run a £700k high end new build private property in Andover, overseeing the site from a management point of view but also be willing to jump on the tools when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience of running high end residential refurbishment sites as the No1. Site Manager
- Helping out on the tools when needed (multi skilled work or carpentry - plumbing and electrical will be done by specialist contractors)

- SSSTS as a minimum
