Keystone Property Finance is an established specialist Buy-to-Let Lender with a strong brand identity and over 25 years’ experience in the UK mortgage market. As a Test Analyst delivering User Acceptance Testing within Keystone Property Finance, you will play a critical role in ensuring that financial systems, applications, and processes meet business requirements before deployment to business users. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to validate that solutions are fit for purpose and support the key workflows and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the delivery of User Acceptance Testing, validating changes to system functionality align to business requirements.
- Effective analysis of requirements and translate into test scenarios/cases – tracing back to requirements.
- Engage and build relationships with key stakeholders – internal and external.
- Identify, document, triage and track defects or issues, ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with development team.
- Contribute to estimation and planning activities – supporting the business pipeline.
- Support post-implementation reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices.
- Contribute to creation and regular reviews of Policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Update and distribute regular MI data – including Test Progress reports, Monthly Updates and Stats for Stakeholders and Senior Management.
- Provide ‘Communication of Change’ both via email or by way of presentations to ‘showcase’ upcoming changes to business users prior to live implementation.
- Excellent communication skills and maintain relationships with third party suppliers.
- Create and maintain test artefacts, such as – Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Traceability, Test Completion Reports, PIR etc.
- Coordinate and plan User Acceptance Testing activities including preparation of environments, data and end-user engagement.
Please note, this role is predominantly office-based, with one day working from home per week after probation period completed.
