We are currently recruiting for 2 Positions: 1. Field Sales Regional Manager - South UK 2. Field Sales Regional Manager - North UK.
Background:
- Management of field sales reps.
- Sales - Training, Coaching & Performance Management experience essential.
- Player manager - you will be managing key accounts.
- Travel - 3 to 4 days a week to conduct field visits, audits and key account meetings.

We are looking for a dynamic driven Field Sales Regional Manager. The role is primarily focused on managing a team in the field, driving sales, delivering continuously improved field standards and adhering to compliance and company operating procedures. This is a multifaceted role as such the individual Field Sales Regional Manager will be expected to liaise, report and support the Leadership team.
Key accountabilities required for the role include:
- Lead, motivate and develop the team to deliver great store excellence and customer service.
- Ensuring all compliance and best practice is delivered to the highest standards.
- Auditing the field team.
- Conducting field visits in line with the company expectations.
- Deliver constructive feedback, challenge bad practices, and celebrate success.
- Provide coaching support, training and onboarding of new starters as required to the field team.
- Building relationships with the field team and customers.
- Driving sales in the field teams.
- Time management.
- Report completion and submission.
- Excellent communication skills.
Key Requirements:
- Strong personal integrity with an ability to make clear judgments and influence change.
- Travel nationally with 3 to 4 days a week in the field.
- Strong background in managing field sales teams.
- Interpersonal and influencing skills, able to develop and maintain strong working relationships with both field team and leadership team/key stakeholders.
- Confident self-starter able to manage their time and plan own workload with minimum supervision.
- Ability to work as a highly effective team player, able to collaborate with field team and customers.
- Robust, determined, willing to go the extra mile to resolve issues.
- Ability to cope with and resolve conflict and be confident in holding difficult situations.
- Excellent personal presentation skills.
- Fluent in English Language (bilingual will be advantageous).
- Demonstrable education up to 'GCSE' level.
- Preferably, working knowledge of Field Sales B2B.
- Confident in IT systems including Word, Excel, Email.
- Full driving licence/access to a vehicle.
Remuneration:
- Basic Annual Salary.
