Keystone MIS Limited is offering an apprenticeship in IT support for schools, gaining hands-on experience with MIS platforms such as Arbor, Bromcom and SIMS. You will assist schools via phone, email and remote desktop tools, logging queries and helping resolve issues under senior guidance.

The programme runs one year with Hull College as the training provider, leading to a Customer Service Practitioner (Level 2) qualification.
