Job Title: Interim Operations & Quality Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Interim Operations & Quality Manager with a strong background in nursing homes and quality and compliance. This role requires a dedicated professional to oversee the operations and ensure the highest standards of care and compliance within our clients nursing homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, improving quality standards, and ensuring financial and quality performance aligns with organisational goals.
We are looking for a qualified nurse for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
– Implement and monitor policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
– Collaborate with nursing home staff to ensure resident needs are met promptly and effectively.
– Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety regulations.
– Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor quality and compliance.
– Develop and implement quality improvement plans to address any areas of non-compliance or improvement.
– Monitor and manage budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
– Collaborate with finance teams to develop financial strategies and forecasts.
– Provide leadership and support to nursing home managers and staff.
– Conduct regular meetings to ensure clear communication and address any operational issues.
– Support the professional development of staff through training and mentorship.
– Promote a culture of compassion, respect, and dignity in resident care.
