This is a full-time hybrid role for an Immigration Caseworker (OISC)/Paralegal/Legal Assistant. Successful candidates will be responsible for managing immigration casework, providing support in case management, offering legal assistance, and ensuring compliance with immigration regulations. Daily tasks will include conducting research, drafting legal documentation, liaising with clients, and assisting in the preparation and submission of immigration applications and appeals. The role is based in Greater London, offering flexibility with some work-from-home opportunities to foster work-life balance.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
- Experience in Social Work, Case Management, or similar support-focused roles
- Knowledge and skills in Casework and immigration processes
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Desirable: experience working with OISC regulations or a background in legal studies
- Proficiency in using legal research tools and document preparation software
