Keystone Labour Solutions are one of the UK’s leading labour providers to the construction and engineering sectors. We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee an upcoming mechanical installation project within a live hospital environment in London. The project is due to commence in July and is expected to run for approximately six months. The works involve the installation of a heat pump system, requiring strong coordination skills, a proactive approach to health & safety, and experience working within sensitive, operational healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all on-site activities throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure works are carried out in compliance with health & safety regulations and hospital protocols
  • Oversee subcontractors and direct labour on site
  • Maintain programme and ensure project milestones are achieved
  • Liaise with the client, consultants, and hospital representatives
  • Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and daily briefings
  • Ensure quality standards and documentation requirements are met
