Keystone International is building its next generation of marketers right here in central Milton Keynes, and we are looking for graduates who want to learn the trade properly rather than watch it happen from behind a screen. In a market obsessed with automation and digital reach, we do the opposite. We specialise in face-to-face marketing and sales, because people still want to see and feel what is real, have a proper conversation with a human being, and walk away feeling looked after rather than sold to. That approach has earned us the trust of some serious names. We represent BT/EE, British Gas and Mercedes, among a wider client portfolio, delivering campaigns that put real people in front of real customers.

For a recent graduate curious about marketing, business and how brands actually win people over, this is a chance to gain commercial experience from day one, with training, mentoring and a clear route forward.

The Role

  • You will be based in our Milton Keynes office and trained by managers who have worked their way up through the same path.
  • You will learn how campaigns are planned and delivered, how to hold a genuine customer conversation, and the commercial thinking that sits behind every brand you represent.
  • This is hands‑on work, so expect to be out talking to people, learning by doing, and building your confidence week by week.

Day to Day

  • Representing well‑known brands through face‑to‑face marketing campaigns
  • Supporting live events, promotions and brand activations
  • Talking with customers, building rapport and gathering honest feedback
  • Working with your team to improve how each campaign performs
  • Bringing forward ideas to sharpen our approach for clients
  • Developing your communication, sales and commercial ability steadily

Who We Are Looking For

  • Recent graduates, or anyone wanting a genuine first step into marketing
  • Confident communicators who actually enjoy talking to people
  • Self‑motivated individuals with a strong work ethic
  • Organised, adaptable and comfortable in a fast‑moving setting
  • Based in or able to commute to central Milton Keynes
  • Available to start immediately

What You Get

  • Base salary between £25,000 and £28,000, plus bonuses
  • Full training across sales, marketing and client representation
  • A clear, structured route into leadership and management
  • Direct experience with brands including BT/EE, British Gas and Mercedes
  • Mentoring from managers who have done the role themselves
  • A team culture built on ambition and genuine support

Why Keystone International

We promote from within, so the people training you have stood exactly where you will be standing. In a world leaning ever harder on AI and digital, we have built our reputation on human contact, and that skill is worth learning. You will come away understanding how businesses grow, how teams are built, and what good marketing looks like when it is done face to face.
