Are you a compassionate, experienced Residential Practitioner looking for a rewarding short-term assignment? Keystone Healthcare is seeking 3 Residential Practitioners to support a group of young people with complex needs and disabilities at a welcoming residential service in Halton, Leeds.

About the Role:

You’ll be part of a dedicated care team supporting children and young people with a range of additional needs. Some individuals may present behaviours that challenge, and the role includes providing personal care and emotional support in a structured, person-centred environment.

Details:

  • Start Date: Thursday, 29th May 2025
  • End Date: Sunday, 6th July 2025
  • Shifts: 3 x 37-hour roles available (day shifts with possible waking nights)
  • Location: Halton (LS15), Leeds

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a residential care setting
  • Experience supporting young people with complex needs and behaviours that challenge
  • Confident providing personal care
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care – desirable but not essential
  • Strong safeguarding knowledge and a compassionate, resilient approach
