As part of our Operations team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our manufacturing operations run efficiently, helping us deliver market-leading products to customers across the UK and Ireland.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll learn how to plan and coordinate production across a busy manufacturing operation, including:

  • Developing production schedules that balance customer demand, manufacturing capacity and stock levels.
  • Working closely with our production teams to ensure orders are manufactured efficiently and delivered on time.
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure materials arrive when needed.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and identifying opportunities to improve stock management.
  • Analysing production data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Supporting continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure production plans meet customer requirements.
  • Producing reports and performance data to support business decisions.
