About the Role

Keystone Lintels is looking for a friendly, professional and motivated Receptionist to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, playing an important role in creating a welcoming experience while helping to keep the day-to-day running of the office organised and efficient.

This is a varied role, ideal for someone who is organised, approachable and able to remain calm and professional in a busy working environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Answering and directing incoming calls, taking accurate messages and relaying information to the relevant team members
  • Greeting and directing visitors, managing the reception area and ensuring it remains clean, tidy and welcoming
  • Receiving and distributing incoming post and parcels, franking outgoing mail and maintaining housekeeping stock levels
  • Managing meeting room bookings, preparing rooms, providing refreshments and assisting with meeting catering
  • Ordering stationery and general office supplies and maintaining reception and administrative documentation
  • Supporting the Accounts department with purchase orders and card payments
  • Helping arrange staff travel and completing documentation including Building Control and Ancillary Certificates
  • Providing general administrative and ad-hoc support to directors, senior staff and other departments
  • Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed at all times

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Previous receptionist or administration experience would be desirable
  • Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads and remain calm under pressureGood working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to use initiative
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A positive, professional and helpful attitude
