Keystone Lintels is recruiting for a KeyFab (Technical) Manager for our KeyFab Product range. Due to continuing growth within the Keyfab brand, we are now looking for a dynamic individual who is self-motivated, well organized with good communication skills and sound business awareness to be based in our Cookstown office.

Upon completion of on-the-job training, the successful candidate will be expected to work on their own initiative within a vibrant Technical Team, and liaise directly with our customers. Successful candidates will be exposed to all aspects of the business, including structural design, project management and commercial activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead, line manage and deliver structural steel training for Keyfab Technical Team and new starters.
  • Manage and grow the Keyfab sales pipeline, spotting new opportunities and maximizing quoting potential across all 3 Lintel Offices in GB and Ireland.
  • Monitor competitor activity, identify new business and product opportunities, and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Organise and deliver quarterly Keyfab updates to all 3 lintel offices.
  • Ensure alignment with pricing strategy, discount policies, and margin targets.
  • Oversee quality control across design, sales, and manufacturing, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards.
  • Liaise with internal/external partners to deliver accurate drawings and high-quality products.
  • Monitor KPIs, drive performance improvement, and ensure accountability within the team.
