Keystone Lintels are recruiting for a Customer Support Advisor who will be responsible for inputting of Sales Orders/creating Customer Quotes. This person will have the ability to resolve any customer issues or problems that arise quickly and efficiently. The role represents an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our dynamic Technical and Sales teams and will be based in Group headquarters in Cookstown, Co.Tyrone.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering a large volume of telephone and email enquiries relating to sales/quotations
- Input customer product requirements, information and orders in an accurate and timely manner
- Liaise with technical Sales team regarding queries and customer requests
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES
- Accuracy and attention to detail are essential in this role
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience dealing with customers in person and via telephone
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to use a variety of IT programs including MS Excel
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a relevant role
- Experience working within manufacturing/construction industry
- Experience of MS Navision or MS Dynamics would be advantageous
