About The Role

  • We are seeking an enthusiastic
  • Customer Support Advisor to join the

Keystone Lintels team, where you will be responsible for managing sales orders, preparing customer quotes and providing effective support to our customers.

Working closely with the Technical and Sales teams, you’ll play a key role in resolving customer queries, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring a positive customer experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join a dynamic and supportive environment while developing experience across customer service, sales support and technical coordination.

  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing a high volume of customer enquiries via telephone and email, providing timely and professional support on sales and quotations.
  • Accurately processing customer requirements, product information and sales orders to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Working closely with the Technical Sales team to resolve queries, support customer requests and deliver effective solutions.
