As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in bringing the Keylite brand to life through creative and effective marketing activity.
Working closely with the Senior Marketing Executive and the wider marketing team, you will support the planning, delivery and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across a range of channels.
You'll take ownership of key brand initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard, while helping to strengthen brand awareness, engage customers and support the continued growth of the business.
What you will be doing
- Brand Campaigns β support the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, taking ownership of specific activities and ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
- Programme Management β marketing support for the Verified Installers Programme, responsible for asset development, communications, and programme development.
- Social Media β oversee the planning, scheduling and monitoring of content across channels, working with Graphic Design on execution and reporting.
- Events & Exhibitions β co-ordinate the organisation of events and exhibitions, ensuring brand presence is delivered to a professional standard.
- Point of Sale & Merchandise β assist the Senior Marketing Executive with coordinating the development, production and distribution of point-of-sale materials and branded merchandise.
- Marketing Materials β brief, draft and oversee the production of promotional literature, graphics, advertising and photography to support campaigns and sales activity.
- Copywriting β create clear and compelling copy for use across digital and offline marketing channels.
- Digital Marketing β support the delivery of PPC, e-commerce and CRM initiatives, working alongside the Digital Marketing Executive.
- Website β support the creation and maintenance of content on the Keylite website.
- PR β work with the PR consultant to supply content, case studies and news stories for media opportunities.
- Collaboration β provide day-to-day marketing support to sales teams, agents, distributors and customers, ensuring alignment between marketing and commercial objectives.
- Reporting β monitor and report on the effectiveness of activity in your areas of responsibility, making recommendations for improvement.
- General β support the delivery of the annual brand plan and budget, ensuring all activity is aligned and delivered on time.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a proactive, creative and organised marketing professional who is passionate about building brands and delivering high-quality marketing activity.
The successful candidate will be confident managing multiple projects, able to work collaboratively across teams, and comfortable taking ownership of initiatives from concept through to execution.
- A degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 2β4 years' experience in a marketing or brand-focused role.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent copywriting and proofreading ability.
- Experience managing social media channels and coordinating marketing campaigns.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, including websites, email marketing and social media.
- Experience working with external agencies, suppliers and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using content management systems (CMS).
- Knowledge of CRM platforms and email marketing tools.
- Experience supporting exhibitions, trade events or product launches.
- Familiarity with PPC, SEO and e-commerce marketing.
- Experience within manufacturing, construction or a B2B environment.
