We are looking to recruit two experienced Bar Supervisors to provide regular bar coverage atour New Malden Sports Ground.
The shifts are Weds 1pm to 6.30pm, Saturday 1pm to 7.30pm and Sunday 1pm to 6pm.
Occasional additional shifts may be offered. Successful candidates must have sufficient bar experience to operate and manage the bar independently.
The Bar Supervisor may be required to work without another experienced bar member or supervisor present.
Therefore, candidates must be confident taking full responsibility for the operation of the bar while on duty. Key ResponsibilitiesThe Bar Supervisors will be expected to independently carry out the day-to-day operation of thebar, including:? Opening and preparing the bar for service? Serving customers independently? Pouring and serving draught beers and other drinks? Operating the till system? Using the card payment machine? Handling customer payments? Maintaining a clean, safe and organised bar area? Monitoring bar stock during service? Providing good customer service?
