The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 Β£ per year.

An excellent opportunity for a 12 month Assignment providing essential administrative and student support duties in a capacity that positively effects the wellbeing and support to students in University.

The ideal candidates will have very strong and detailed admin experience, have confidence communicating complex processes to a diverse audience and be able to analyse data.

Previous experience working with students would be of benefit but not essential.

Hybrid role.

The Student Support Officer sits within the Student Support Team (or equivalent) supporting attendance and engagement monitoring activity.

The role is responsible for supporting student attendance monitoring, coordinating and providing early support for students whose engagement is a concern as well as supporting later follow up, triaging cases for escalation to specialised support staff as required and ensuring that attendance records meet UKVI and institutional requirements.

The role provides first line wellbeing and signposting support, working closely with academic staff and professional services colleagues across Kings.

They will ensure that attendance and engagement monitoring requirements and policy updates are communicated to staff and students, and answer queries about the policy and process and systems used.
