Hybrid role with on site Mondays and Thursdays. Key Areas of Support 1. Ad Landing Pages (ALPs) Own the end-to-end management and optimisation of advertising landing pages, ensuring they are accurate, up to date, and aligned with campaign objectives. Key responsibilities: Review undergraduate landing pages for consistency, copy quality, and accuracy, including updating event dates and replacing YouTube embeds with Kaltura-hosted videos where appropriate. Troubleshoot issues relating to Kaltura video playback and help establish best practice guidance for video implementation on landing pages. Update Brand landing pages and create postgraduate versions of existing pages to separate undergraduate and postgraduate content, with delivery targeted for September. Support the updating of postgraduate landing pages and coordinate with faculties to ensure pages are ready for October campaign activity. Create new landing pages as required and manage stakeholder engagement with faculties throughout the process. Review and optimise pages in line with Digital Content Team best practice and accessibility guidelines. Update Contensis form names to remove date references and improve consistency. Audit all landing pages, using Copilot where appropriate, to ensure alignment with PPC messaging, keywords, and campaign objectives. Update King's Foundations landing pages in preparation for October campaign launches. Archive legacy or inactive landing pages and maintain an organised page inventory. Maintain and update the ALP master tracker to ensure accurate project oversight. 2. Video Content Management Support the planning, maintenance, and optimisation of paid media video assets. Key responsibilities: Review Portfolio and "Why King's" video assets, identifying updates required following QS 2027 rankings and requirements for additional formats and dimensions. Project manage required video updates with RBM and other relevant stakeholders. Establish key rankings release dates and maintain a schedule of content updates and refreshes. Collaborate with faculties to support video content creation and provide guidance on paid media best practice. 3. Campaign Delivery Support Provide operational support across paid media campaign setup, quality assurance, and performance monitoring. Key responsibilities: Create CMP codes in Dynamics and maintain accurate records within the master campaign tracker. Review campaign previews across all channels and coordinate feedback and amends with Hunter Lodge. Maintain an internal agency action tracker, ensuring all deliverables and actions are recorded and monitored. Verify campaign launches against approved media plans and ensure activity is implemented correctly. Review agency reporting dashboards and proactively identify opportunities for optimisation and performance improvement. Compile campaign performance data for reporting purposes. 4. Creative Asset Development Support the creation and management of campaign creative assets across undergraduate, postgraduate, and brand campaigns. Key responsibilities: Create, update, and adapt advertising assets in Canva across multiple campaigns and audiences. Independently manage creative requests and stakeholder communication through ClickUp. Work collaboratively with faculties to ensure creative assets meet campaign objectives, brand standards, and delivery deadlines.
