The role is Part-Time, Monday to Friday afternoons, ideal for someone with additional commitments. The role will not be available to current KCL students or recent Alumni due to the nature of the data being handled.
The successful candidate will be a multi-skilled administrator with proven customer service skills and experience being the focal point for stakeholder engagement. Knowledge of the university student lifecycle is a distinct advantage.
Job Purpose:
To run the Faculty of Life Sciences & Medicine, Faculty Education Services student facing reception provision (The Student Hub). This highly administrative role will require delivery of a responsive student enquiry service, a coordinated approach to communications and student information management. The role will work 17.5 hours per week on every afternoon Monday-Friday in person at Guys campus (12.45-4.15) ensuring the Student Hub provision is adequately covered daily.
- Welcome students and guests to the Student Hub, showing excellent customer service, discretion, and frontline advice
- Understand the student journey and seasonal queries to maximise resolution and effective enquiry management
