We are looking for someone to provide part-time temporary cover (c. 2 months) for the role of AKC Manager in the Dean's Office at King's College London. The AKC Manager is responsible for the effective delivery of programme administration and education support for the AKC course at King's, ensuring a consistent, high level of professionalism, and adherence to university strategies and priorities.
At this time of year, the focus is mainly on wrapping up the 2025/26 programme and putting together the programme for 2026/27, so we are looking for someone who can support the AKC Director and the AKC Steering Committee, including taking responsibility for ensuring actions are clearly noted and followed up on, and also line manage and support the other three members of the team (Learning Technologist, Data & Programme Manager, and Student Experience Officer).
This would be for 2 days (14 hours)/week, based at the Strand campus of King's - one of those days should be Mondays.

- Proven ability to communicate at all levels to a diverse group
- Excellent literary and presentation skills and an ability to oversee the production of high-quality educational materials
- Excellent skills in motivating and performance managing a team, developing and maintaining a positive, proactive culture of continual review and development
