The Lau China Institute is looking for an experienced communications and events coordinator to support with the delivery of China Week a programme of public events (book talks, panel discussions and film screenings) that brings together experts from across academia, government and industry. China Week 2026 will take place in October and the successful candidate will play a vital role - leading up to, during and post China Week in delivering logistical communications and events support to ensure the delivery of a successful programme of events. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: liaising with key stakeholders coordinating webinars managing online ticket sales digital communications including via social media (event listings, invitations, etc.)
