Following Keystones acquisition of multiple companies, we are migrating a portfolio of search- and discovery websites onto a designated group platform that supports students seeking higher education. These sites are core to our organic visibility and product revenue. As a Product Manager, you will lead website migrations from a product and platform perspective, functioning as the Technical Migration Lead. You will be a part of the Product Management team, working closely with Engineering, Technical SEO, Content, Analytics, and Commercial stakeholders to ensure migrations are executed safely, predictably, and in alignment with long-term product and platform strategy. This role is about owning decisions, trade-offs, and scope — understanding how technical and product choices impact organic search performance and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead the product strategy and delivery of website migrations from acquired companies onto the group platform.
- Define migration scope and priorities, balancing platform scalability alignment, organic visibility, revenue protection, and delivery timelines.
- Act as the central point of coordination across Product, Engineering, Technical SEO, Content, and Commercial teams.
- Partner closely with Technical SEO to ensure product and technical decisions consider search visibility, indexing, and discoverability impacts.
- Drive alignment across multiple workstreams, ensuring a stable and predictable migration process.
- Identify risks and dependencies early, making informed trade-offs and clearly communicating impacts to stakeholders.
- Ensure migrations align with long-term platform scalability capabilities, not just short-term lift-and-shift outcomes.
- Define success metrics and oversee post-migration monitoring, learning, and iteration.
- Continuously improve migration frameworks, playbooks, and ways of working for future acquisitions.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading complex website or platform migrations in large-scale or multi-brand environments.
- Strong understanding of modern web platforms and architectures, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Experienced in agile methodologies and product-led development environments.
- Knowledge and understanding of technical SEO principles, with a clear understanding of how product and technical decisions affect organic search visibility.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders across engineering, product, commercial and non-technical teams.
- Strong decision-making skills in ambiguous, high-impact scenarios.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complexity into clear direction and priorities.
Nice to have
- Experience in search-led, discovery-based, or content-heavy products.
- Background in post-acquisition integration or consolidation initiatives.
- Experience in education, marketplaces, or consumer platforms.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise CMS platforms and headless architectures.
- Familiarity with analytics and monitoring approaches used to assess migration impact.
- Experience building scalable platform or foundation capabilities.
What We Offer
- An international, diverse, open, and social work environment.
- To work with an industry leader in a fast-growing global company.
- Plenty of space for initiatives and the ability to grow your own skills and experience.
- Hybrid and remote working with a team that also enjoys meeting up IRL for a Friday Happy Hour or Monday breakfast at the office in Stockholm.
- To be a part of a product team that cares deeply about our customers.
What is the team like?
You will be a part of a larger Product & Tech team consisting of 30+ Engineers and Product managers from diverse backgrounds and experiences. Collaborative, ambitious and driven best describes us. You will be joining a strong team with great chemistry who are passionate about what they do and always go the extra mile to reach their goals.
