Join us in our vision to help everyone in the world find the right education. This role is, first and foremost, a content role. We're looking for someone who can take a dense industry report, a set of student behaviour data, or a complex product story and turn it into something our audience actually wants to read. Someone who crafts session proposals that win coveted speaking slots at global education conferences. Someone who can build a webinar from a blank page to a live, polished event that leaves attendees with something valuable. If writing is your craft and B2B marketing is your passion, we'd love to hear from you.

Content creation & strategy

  • Play an active role in the formation of content strategy across Keystone Education Group's B2B marketing, aligned to business objectives.
  • Write and edit across a wide range of formats: long‑form articles, industry reports, case studies, press releases, email campaigns, sales collateral, web copy, and social content.
  • Take technical data, market research, and student insights and translate them into clear, engaging narratives that resonate with a higher education audience.
  • Develop content that drives qualified leads, from MQLs, SQLs, to inbound sales bookings. Conversion is king!
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to continuously sharpen our content positioning.

Webinars

  • Own the process from end to end.
  • Plan, produce, and execute monthly webinars: from defining the topic and content angle, to building the narrative, coordinating panelists, and delivering a polished live event.
  • Write webinar content, including scripts, speaker briefs, audience‑facing materials, and follow‑up communications.

Public relations, conferences & speaking opportunities

  • Research and identify speaking opportunities at global education conferences.
  • Write compelling session proposals that win, translating our expertise and data into pitches that stand out in competitive submission processes.
  • Represent Keystone as a credible, engaging voice in the international higher education space.
  • Work alongside our PR function to create and distribute pitches and press releases and build up a network on industry contacts.
  • Organise in‑person events alongside our team.
  • Contribute to and coordinate presence at international trade shows and in‑person events, including content creation and logistics support.
  • Manage relationships with third‑party vendors and exhibition partners.

Collaboration & performance across the organisation and industry

  • Work closely with the research & insights, marketing, product, sales, design, and customer success teams to develop targeted content.
  • Track content ROI and performance metrics; use data to improve output and strategy.
  • Manage budgets for content and event activities.

What you bring to the table

  • Exceptional writing skills in English – you should be able to demonstrate work that is clear, compelling, and tailored to a professional B2B audience.
  • A portfolio spanning multiple formats: reports, articles, email campaigns, web copy, event content, or similar.
  • 3+ years in content marketing, with content and copywriting at the core of your experience.
  • A proven ability to distil complex data and technical insights into content that engages rather than overwhelms.
  • Experience writing or presenting in the higher education sector is a strong advantage.
  • If your written session proposals have ever been successfully selected by an organisation such as EAIE, NAFSA, APAIE, AIEA, or similar, we would love to speak with you.
  • Confidence and professionalism in front of an audience – you'll often be working with senior leadership on speaking engagements and webinars.
  • Strong project management skills; able to run multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM best practices and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Adobe Suite, and Canva.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
