Do you have international higher education experience and a love of creating compelling, engaging content for B2B marketing? Then this might be the marketing role for you. We are seeking a results-driven content marketing expert to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth across our Keystone Education Group, with a focus on international higher education.
The ideal candidate will combine creative thinking with data-driven decision-making to deliver successful inbound marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role also incorporates an event planning aspect and will involve event coordination, contributing to, and organizing a range of trade show exhibitions and in-person events across a variety of international locations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive content marketing strategies aligned with both business unit and group-level objectives.
- Brainstorm and develop a range of articles, press releases, bespoke reports, case studies, testimonials, and content-focused activities in alignment with other team members in the marketing department.
- Organise monthly webinars and regular in-person events, including content creation as well as speaker coordination, and event hosting.
- Project management of exhibitions at international trade shows, from delegation management to communication to third-party vendors and logistics management.
- Write highly compelling copy that underpins the development of highly engaging marketing materials, including website content, email marketing, sales collateral, product packs, and other promotional items in conjunction with our design and commercial team members.
- Manage content and events budgets, tracking ROI and key performance metrics.
- Collaborate, communicate, and present regularly to product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure the development of targeted content that generates qualified leads across the group and is highly engaging to our audiences.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to inform content marketing strategies that will help steer the team to success, achieving output of MQLs, SQLs, and inbound sales bookings.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, marketing partners, and freelancers.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with international or higher education industry backgrounds preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience in event management or management of exhibitions at international trade shows and in-person/community events.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience working with data and insights.
- A strong ability to distill the "so what?" from the data to ensure clear and effective external communication.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM systems – bonus points for experience with Hubspot CRM.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Canva.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM and digital marketing best practices.
- Experience working within the higher education industry or as a past international student.
This role is available in Barcelona, Spain or Sheffield, UK with hybrid working options available. We will consider exceptional remote-based candidates from Spain and the UK.
