About the Role
As a Bank Residential Support Worker, you will work as part of a dedicated team to provide consistent, child-centred care. You will support young people with their emotional wellbeing, personal development, education, independence, and everyday needs. You will be expected to work flexibly across shifts and provide additional staffing support where required, including covering staff shortages, annual leave, sickness, and increased staffing needs. You will work closely with the Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, Senior Residential Support Workers, families, and external professionals to ensure young people receive the highest standard of care.
Shift Pattern
Flexible shifts based on the needs of the home and your availability. Sleep-in shifts where required.
