Keystone Care is seeking an Interim Assistant Director to lead learning disability services at a national level, working with the senior management team to shape strategy and delivery. You will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure safe, effective, compliant services, drive modernisation, and foster person-centred approaches across a national footprint, with a hybrid working model.
Engagement with multisite teams, governance oversight, and clear reporting to the Director.
