Salary: £56, 000 per annum + 15% Bonus Potential
Duties and responsibilities:
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in line with CQC standards and regulatory compliance
- Lead, support, and develop a motivated, high-performing care team
- Maintain full occupancy through effective marketing, community engagement, and professional admissions management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring smooth coordination across all departments
- Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and ensure efficient use of resources to maintain financial health
- Promote a safe, supportive, and homely environment that enhances resident wellbeing
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, stakeholders, and the wider community to uphold the home\’s reputation
Skills and experience:
- Experienced in a managing a Nursing or Residential care home
- Nursing Pin (desirable but not essential)
