Keystone Care is working with a well-established care provider to appoint an experienced Registered Nurse as an Interim Clinical Lead. This is an opportunity to provide strong clinical leadership within a well-established nursing and residential care service supporting older people, including individuals with dementia and complex care needs. Key Responsibilities * Provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing and care team. * Ensure high standards of clinical care, governance and resident safety. * Oversee care planning, medication, audits, risk management and clinical documentation. * Support staff with clinical guidance, supervision and development. * Work alongside the Registered Manager to maintain and improve quality standards. * Liaise with GPs, community teams and other healthcare professionals. * Support the service with regulatory compliance and continuous improvement. About You * Must be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration. * Previous experience in a nursing home or similar adult social care setting. * Experience in a Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, Deputy Matron or senior nursing position. * Strong knowledge of clinical governance and CQC requirements. * Confident leader with the ability to quickly establish credibility within a team. * Hands-on, proactive and able to make an immediate impact
