Keystone Care is looking for a passionate and experienced Peripatetic Home Manager to join our well-established and forward thinking care home group. This exciting role offers the chance to make a real impact by stepping in to lead homes that are either without a permanent manager or where additional leadership support is needed. You will bring stability, drive quality improvements, and support teams through periods of change, all while developing your own career in a high-impact, highly visible position.
Location: Belfast Metropolitan Area
Type: Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)
- Ensure the delivery of quality, person-centred care
- Manage budgets and the financial effectiveness of the setting
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Implement and manage standards of patient care
- Be responsible and accountable for efficient and effective leadership to all care staff
- Ensure RQIA compliance
- Ensure all aspects of the nursing home environment facilitate exceptional care in line with registered bodies and infection control
- Ensure the safe management of medication in accordance with company policies and current legislation
The successful candidate will preferably have experience managing a care home; however, candidates who have limited managerial experience and can demonstrate enthusiasm and desire to develop their career may be considered. This is a great opportunity for a confident manager who really wants to change the lives of the clients within their care.
